VR & Amusement Companies

The Client

Zero Latency Toronto is an innovative, free-roam VR room where up to 8 players can come and play together. Their arena is 2300sq ft, and they also a lounge that is a great place to host birthdays or even team-building events. They boast 5k headsets and the world’s most immersive gaming experience.

The Challenge

Sean, the owner and operator, came to us with some concerns that their bookings and revenue have not picked up since they launched a few months prior. He wanted to see an increase in bookings and also to sustain them on a monthly basis. He also wanted the ability to check the results of ads to ensure he was maintaining a positive ROI. They also did not have a local website and drove people directly to the corporate website booking system.

Solutions

The first thing we did was audit their ad accounts and review their analytics. We found that their Google ads campaign structure was outdated and not employing modern best practices. Their analytics showed a click-through rate (CTR) that was below industry averages. They also did not have their conversions working for Google ads.

We designed a a new website so they could add their own content and optimize for SEO. This would give them more control to attract visitors through organic search – something that they could not do using the corporate booking page.

We then updated their Google Ads and Facebook Ads with a modern structure and employed video ads that targeted their demographic.

Lastly, we updated their Google Analytics to GA4 and created events and conversions that were trackable, especially for Google ads.
